Some characters are not very well written, as they get killed without giving them enough time to develop. Laughable direction, like when the characters are in one scene in the background, and then in the next scene, they are gone out of nowhere. The scene include Tsubaki getting raped by her whole cult, and then an elder named Fanatsu tells his commands to "expel their sins and commit sins together" by having sex with Tsubaki, which doesn't make any sense at all and is never given any real explanation on why that's happening. The anime shoves in rape as a plot device, and it's very poorly executed on how it's being portrayed in this series. Awful fight scenes with no build up to any attention to what's happening on screen. There's almost no character development for most of the time. Unnecessary fanservice that happens way too much, and what's worse is that some of the characters are underaged. Some dumb scenes, like when Detective Nishijima tries to marry a terrorist (Minene) and asks to have kids with her, which is very laughable, since Minene killed so many people in the building, and he should arrest her instead. The only time the people need to exist is when the plot demands it. Horrendous world building, as there's barely no one around in the city, to the point where it's just a ghost town, making this feel very hollow for a city with no one around. He's nothing more than a spoiled brat who cries a lot and is always protected by Yuno Gasai, which makes him a pathetic character to the point were he feels like a secondary character instead. The main protagonist of the anime, Yukiteru Amano, is considered to be one of the worst characters in the entire series. 
Almost all of the characters are stupid and unlikable. The whole premise of this anime is just people using their phones that can predict your future and that's it. It's so nonsensical and very cliché with weak elements that are never explained. The main problem with this anime is the overall storyline of the plot.
